3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity associated with your account or linked identity. You must not impersonate others, abuse linking systems, or attempt to gain access to accounts that are not yours.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• submit unlawful, hateful, or clearly abusive content;
• attempt to manipulate voting, rankings, or account systems unfairly;
• scrape, reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt the service;
• use bots or automated methods in ways not explicitly permitted.

5. User Content

You retain responsibility for content you submit, including answers, profile text, or related material. By submitting content, you grant Acroverse a non-exclusive right to store, display, reproduce, and use that content for operating, promoting, and improving the service.

6. Leaderboards, Results, and Moderation

Acroverse may remove, hide, limit, reset, or disqualify content, votes, or accounts where abuse, bugs, manipulation, moderation concerns, or operational issues are reasonably suspected.

7. Purchases and Digital Benefits

Supporter or Pro purchases, if offered, may unlock digital perks or features. Unless required by law, purchases are generally final. Acroverse may change, rebalance, or retire digital features over time.

8. Availability

Acroverse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service may change, pause, or stop at any time, including for maintenance, moderation, or technical reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acroverse and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

Acroverse may suspend or terminate access where necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
